Official Appointment and Promotion within the LTGS Agents Team Network

LTGS RWANDA PLC officially announces the appointment and promotion of two officers within the LTGS Agents Team Network, effective 12 August 2026.

IMANIRAHARI Henriette has been appointed and promoted from Province Registrar Officer (PRO) Eastern Province to Agency Network Coordination & Communications Officer (ANCCO), responsible for coordinating agency activities and strengthening communication across Agents, Sub-Agents, Registrar Officers, and relevant External Staff.

UWIHOREYE Marie Claudine has been appointed and promoted from District Registrar Officer (DRO) Muhanga District to Province Registrar Officer (PRO) Eastern Province, responsible for supervising, monitoring, coordinating, and following up agency and registry activities across the Eastern Province.
