CANDIDATES SHORTLISTED FOR THE WRITTEN EXAM

Dear Candidates,

The list attached contains the approved candidates who have been shortlisted and authorized to sit for the recruitment examination for the various positions they applied for at LTGS RWANDA PLC.

We hereby inform all concerned candidates that, unless there are any changes, the candidates listed above will be the ones eligible to take the recruitment examination.
The examination will be conducted through the LTGS Recruitment Portal.

Therefore, all shortlisted candidates are required to ensure that they have:
a) Created a candidate account on the LTGS Recruitment Portal;
b) Successfully logged into their accounts;
c) Confirmed that they can access their candidate profiles and job applications.
d) Ensured that their accounts are fully accessible and ready for the examination.

The examination date and starting time will be communicated by the Management in due course, as per the established recruitment procedures.

Before the examination, candidates will also be briefed and trained on how to use the LTGS Recruitment Portal and how to complete the examination through the system.

All candidates are therefore encouraged to regularly check their accounts and official communication channels for further updates regarding the examination.
